We are looking to fill a room in a 4 person student house share in central Cambridge (just off Mill Road about a ten minute walk from the station). It currently has a single bed in but is large enough to fit a double bed if this was a preference.
There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden space available and we tend to spend a fair but of time together in the communal areas but equally respect people’s need for private space! We are looking for a like minded flatmate who like a mix of activities out and chilled nights in :)
We are all masters students who are 21-22 and rent is £560 p/m (with bills this tends to be another £50 in addition to this). We are looking for a student as we currently are exempt from council tax. Message if you are interested!
