My plans have changed, so I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuit room. It's in CB1, just a 2-minute walk from the train station! And 15-minutes walk to ARU campus. 🚶

There's a free gym and Self-service launderette right downstairs in the building🧺. Also, right downstairs from the apartment, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, and Co-op — all within a 3-minute walk. Plus, there's bicycle storage and a post box / parcel collection point on site. 🚲📦

The kitchen is shared with four students and comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven with grill and hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There's plenty of cupboard space, along with a dining table and stools, and a sofa to hang out on. A TV is also provided (though the TV licence is not included).For cleaning, we've got vacuum cleaners, a mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, and a broom. There's also an iron and ironing board available.

The common room has a TV, PlayStation 4, pool table, and table football — great for relaxing and meeting other residents! 🎮
