Looking for a kind and communicative housemate who is happy to share regular cleaning and help keep the space tidy and nice

A bit about me: I’m a zoologist by background, and now work in healthcare as a data analyst. I’m interested in nature, pub trips, fermentation (homebrewing wine, and more recently getting excited about baking bread), meeting new people, fitness, and music. I work from home most of the time from my room upstairs

I love the house because the location is great (two minutes' walk from big Tesco, and very close to other supermarkets and big shops) and it's on a lovely quiet wide street by the river. It’s close to big green spaces like Stourbridge Common and Midsummer Common, but also only about a 20-minute walk into town. It's a sweet house, with hardwood floors, full of plants, and a little wild garden out the back. There’s also a shared sitting room, dining room, a small desk space downstairs, and a big attic space for storage
