Bills total around £180 per person on top of rent.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished - the deal would be either to buy this furniture from the old tenant (price tbc) or they can take it with them.

The house features a shared kitchen, a cozy living room, two bathrooms, and a garden with bike storage. It’s located just off Mill Road - only a 10 min walk from the train station, or 20 minute walk into the city centre. Super handy for commuting or exploring Cambridge and close to loads of fab cafes and restaurants.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly and respectful housemates, all professionals aged 25-33. We’re all sociable but laidback, enjoy a good chat and a game of Monopoly Deal every now and again, but happy to do our own thing, too.
