I have a double bedroom in my flat to rent. It is situated in Fulbourn in a peaceful location and close to Tesco and there is a bus stop right in front of the flat. 4 miles from the city, 3 miles from Addenbrookes and close to ARM and Fulbourn Hospital. Also a short drive to Granta Park.
Who I am looking for:
I currently work away and will be home some weekends. Although, I am not looking for a lodger but rather a flatmate or a buddy who is responsible and shares the house chores. (Not making only my responsibility to do weekly cleaning and dusting of the house). I do not want to be called a landlord by the flatmate. Someone who loves dogs as I have a miniature poodle who loves human attention.
