A clean and tidy house close to shops, bus stop with free on street parking. The room has lots of natural light. Lovely garden with outside seating and fully equipped kitchen. House overlooks green areas in a quiet residential area.

You will be sharing with just me, David (English), and our little dog Lenny as my wife Anna, who is Spanish will be away in Spain during June.

We usually rent the room through Airbnb and are proud to be Superhosts. However, as my wife, Anna, is away for the month of June we have decided to offer the room on Spareroom. co. uk.

the bedroom is a good size (3.6 metres x 3 metres) and has a double bed and lots of natural light.

5 minute walk to the Science Park
15 minute cycle ride to city centre and 30 metres from bus stop.
