I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger although I do not mind if they stay the odd weekend. This is ideal for someone who commutes to Cambridge for work and wants to cut down on travel time, effort, and costs.

Full-week short-term lodgers are also welcome.

The flat is in a nice quiet residential area with lots of green and open spaces around. There is garage parking and a gym nearby.
