Hello! I have finished my studies in Cambridge and I am looking for a replacement tenant. The house has a great location on Cherry Hinton Road, along the number 3 bus route into town. The LeIsure park (with Sainsbury's, Tesco and PureGym) is a 10 minute walk away.
The room itself is very large and located upstairs at the front of the house which means it get lots of sunlight. It is furnished and includes a double bed, desk, sofa, and lots of storage.

The rest of the house is very nice and modern, I believe it was refurbished just before we moved in last September. There are two bathrooms both with showers (shared between 6 people as one room has an en suite). There is a large kitchen with a dining table, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer, and two large fridges and freezers. There is a garden at the back of the house with a patio, where bikes can be safely kept.

The other tenants are very friendly and sociable, and enjoy going out to the pub across the road or just chatting in the kitchen. They are a mix of post-graduate students and young professionals. Everyone is very respectful of noise and cleanliness and would ideally like a new housemate who is equally respectful. The landlord organises quarterly pizza nights for everyone to get together!
