Self-contained studio annex available in a peaceful area of Newmarket but still close to town centre.

The annex is separate from my house but right next door. This would suit someone looking for a quiet, comfortable space rather than a busy house share.

Bathroom with shower, fully furnished with all the basics including double bed, small kitchen area and washing machine.

All bills included except electricity, but a few important things to note which is reflected in the price:

- Access to garden, so someone happy to help keep it tidy would be required (it’s pretty small and easily managed)

- I have a scruffy terrier, so you’d need to be an animal person and be up for occasional dog sitting if required. If you enjoy her company she’d love to come across the garden and say hello more often if you’d like her to.

When getting in touch, please include a bit about yourself, so I can get a feel for whether it’s the right match. It’s good value for the right person, and although available immediately, I’m genuinely more interested in finding the right fit than filling it quickly.
