Large double room available in the lovely quiet CB4, with parking. Situated feet away from large green space, tescos, bugens, little pub, local shopping centre, and a quick walk into the heart of Cambridge. First come first serve street parking. I live in the U. S.. The new tenant must mesh with the current tenants, it is about the harmony of the house. This house has always had good balance, and I wish to keep the happy feeling moving forward. All viewings will be conducted by the tenants.
