The home is a 10 minute walk (0.6miles) to T5 bus. The bus is hourly and takes 25minutes to Cambridge centre. The house is near to Anglesey Abbey. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location.

• 4 bedroom house
• The room available – a double room with a double bed.
• There is separate office for desk work or WFH if you need this. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
• Shared bathroom with a bath and overhead shower

• Parking and bicycle storage
• Garden
• There is a cat in the house. This is not appropriate for anyone with pets.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired lady is very independent, she is looking for a lodger over 25 years that can assist 10-12 hours a week with some company and ad hoc help with IT. This will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office. The retired lady plays tennis, pickleball and enjoys documentaries and animal programmes.
