A really well sized bright, spacious, double room. Very easy access to Science Park and City Center (15 mins). Recently decorated, new carpets etc.
Brand new double bed which easily folds into a single daybed/sofa. Large smart tv on wall. Plus desk and chest of drawers etc. The lights on the blue wall are not compulsory! Can be taken down if not your thing!

I have a preference for female housemates only because through previous experience, they are simply more considerate guests!

*Please note - this is a room for rent, not a house share. Obviously the bathroom and kitchen are to be shared, but not the living room.
