Perspective professionals are welcome to buddy with three professionals (a researcher at Biohemistry Department, Cambridge University; a doctor at Addenbrooke’s, and a scientist at GSK). Female is preferred by current housemates.

The house is located at Chalk Grove, Cambridge, CB1 , a very convenient place to Addenbrooke's Hospital, University Biomedical Campus, AstraZenaca, ARM, Babraham Science Park and Granta Science Park. It offers large and comfortable communal spaces with a large kitchen & dining (including 2 large fridge freezers, a washing machine and a dishwasher), 3 bathrooms (a family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet; a ground floor shower room with toilet; and an ensuite shower room with toilet), a spare box bedroom, two sitting rooms, driveway accommodating 2 cars and large private garden.

You will share the entire house as a group contract (in TOTAL 4 professionals) including all utility bills (equal split agreed by tenants), council tax (equal split agreed by tenants), all the necessary duties (agreed by tenants) to keep the house well maintained.
