We're renting out a fully-furnished double room in our Edwardian terrace, conveniently located less than 1 mile from Addenbrookes and a 10 minute cycle from Cambridge central station, close to Cherry Hinton Park.

The house share will be with me and my partner: two professionals in our late 20s. It's ideal for anyone working in the hospital or city.

The bright and spacious bedroom has a shower and sink built in - giving you complete privacy. It is a double room with plenty of storage and a desk.

There are two shared toilets in the house, as well as a living room, open plan kitchen, study and garden. The kitchen has a washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, as well as a huge American fridge-freezer. There is a bike shed in the front garden.

We have a fortnightly professional cleaner for shared spaces.

Please note this is a short let — available 1st July to end of December, ideal if you need somewhere for 1–6 months.
