OpenArch is pleased to present this fantastic ground floor en-suite room in a rarely available 2 bedroom student flat. The room is ready to move into as soon as possible, so don't hesitate as this one will be snapped up soon.
Flat 11 is situated in a purpose-built student accommodation block called The Forum, located on the edge of Mill Rd in the CB1 area.
The Forum is the perfect home from home for all University students, and particularly those traveling to Addenbrookes for placements. The site is situated in a residential area close to supermarkets. The rent includes electricity, gas (where applicable), water, communal area TV license, and Wifi. Outside, The Forum offers several well-maintained areas, perfect for alfresco studying, as well as several secure cycle storage areas.
The flats range in size and layout. Each flat contains a kitchen with fridge/freezer(s), sink, hob, and oven. A real bonus is that each kitchen contains a dishwasher.
Bedroom doors are fitted with an individual lock-suite providing privacy and security. Bedrooms contain a bed and mattress, a wardrobe or hanging rail, and a chest of drawers and desk. Many rooms also feature additional storage drawers or shelving units too. Communal coin-operated laundry machines are located in the main part of the building.
Our rents are per room and do vary.
OpenArch fully manages The Forum and provides 60 years of experience in the industry, offering students an in-house approach with no ‘middleman’.
*Please note that some photos are 360 degree photos, so they may not appear in the same way as a standard photo. The en-suite photo is the en-suite belonging to the neighbouring room, which is of a similar layout and style. *
