I have recently had a friend staying. The current pictures are what it looks like right now, It has a Superking Sized Pull out Futon. I will be cleaning the room up and adding new curtains. The room furniture can be moved around for the next person.

The flat has 900mb Broadband and a lounge with a large TV. The Kitchen is Joined to the Lounge.
