We are currently looking for a student housemate starting from the 1st of November. The advertised room is a small one (among the five rooms), but it is worth the price. It has shared facilities - bathroom, kitchen and common space. The kitchen has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The deposit for the house is £3000 and is split equally between the tenants. So, £600 per tenant.

The housemates are currently all Indians. We are open to any friendly housemate for the upcoming year. A 3-D view of the spaces in the house is available upon request.
