We have a double room going in our 3 bed home just off Mill Road.

The house has a living room and separate dining room, with 2 bathrooms (1 with shower).
There’s free parking on the road, and a spacious green garden.

Dan and I currently live in the house with our cat, Noodle and are looking for a lovely human to come be a part of our household. Ideally we are looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months then a rolling agreement.

Our home would be best suited for someone looking for a calm and clean place to live.

Thoday Street is quiet but just off Mill Road with pubs, restaurants, shops and takeaways on our doorstep. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre and 10-15 minute walk to the train station.
