Hi all! We have just signed for a beautiful 3-bed terrance off Mill Road, but unfortunately one of our group is unable to move and we need someone to fill her room! Urgent as tenancy is currently from NEXT WEDNESDAY (18th Feb) - open to negotiation but definitely by the end of Feb!

About the house!
Beautifully renovated and recently decorated classic Romsey terraced house. 20min walk from the station, 30mins from town, but number 2 bus at the end of the street offers easy access to town centre.

The house had a lovely large living/dining space and recently refurbished kitchen extension. There’s one bathroom downstairs and 3 double bedrooms upstairs.

The room available is the biggest room, really bright and spacious, at the front of the house. It comes furnished.

About the housemates!
Hi! We’re Anna (27) and Scarlet (24), two friendly Cambridge locals looking for a like-minded person to join us in looking for a 3 bed house share in Cambridge.

A bit about us:
Anna - 27, works at Alzheimer’s Research UK. I’ve been in Cambridge since finishing uni here in 2021. I do improv comedy, love musical theatre, movie nights, games nights, baking, hosting dinner parties, mixing a good cocktail, and the occasional cheeky pub trip.

Scarlet - 24, works in a GP office. Born and raised in Cambridge. I’m a big art and music lover, into video games, and also very much here for cosy baking or crafting evenings.

We’re both pretty chilled, friendly, and considerate, and we really value a home that feels nice - good vibes, aesthetically pleasing ofc, and clean. We enjoy spending time together (dinner, films, baking, crafts), but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

Looking for someone who is:

* Up for the off pub trip, games night, or shared meal!
