A nice and cosy big double bedroom is available for single occupancy in a quiet house near the Mill Road bridge. The room comes with its own bathroom (but not en-suite) and is on the first floor. It is available from the 01st of August 2026 until the 1st of June 2027 (10 months)
The house will be shared with Nadisha a medical researcher and Louis a young English professional.
The house is located on Sturton street, less than 10min walk from the train station and 15-20min walk from the city centre. There are 3 bathrooms in the house so you’ll have your own bathroom, there is also a living room, a kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker/oven, a conservatory and high speed internet wifi.
The room available is fully furnished with a king size bed, a desk/chair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and some shelves. Sheets, duvet and pillows are provided.
The rent is £860 per month all bills includes except the gas/electricity bill that is to share between 3 (between £20 and £50 per month depending on the season).
There is also a deposit of one month rent that you will get back the day after the check out.
