We have an attractive, good sized, first floor double room available with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Beautifully presented with painted wood panelling and shelving making this a homely and comfortable place to spend time.

We have a very 'happy' house - all housemates are vetted by us and selected with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

Attractive shower room which is shared with two other house mates.

To be clear, this house has four letting rooms one of which has its own bathroom. So you would only share bathroom facilities with at most 2 other people when the house is fully occupied.

A cleaner visits once a week to clean the communal areas.

There is an annexe to this house which has two further letting rooms but it is completely self-contained.

Cambridge North train station is just 10 minute cycle ride across the River Cam and the Science Parks beyond.

Marshalls Aerospace is a 10 minute walk and the A14 is also within quick and easy reach. So our house is perfectly for getting all over town.

Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi are all close by.

Gyms and a swimming pool are 5 mins away.
