Addenbrooke hospital 17 minutes drive.
Cambridge train station 20 minutes drive
The University of Cambridge Veterinary School 10 minutes .
It is ideal for a professional or student who is looking for personal space to relax in after work/study.

We all share the well-equipped kitchen and utility room and you will have access to the dining room.
The house has a PARKING for 2 cars .
The neighbourhood is lovely with a lot of green spaces . You are very welcome to use the garden .

RENT IS ALL INCLUSIVE , utilities, WiFi, gas & electric.
