A top floor apartment in the centre of Trumpington meadows, a short walk from the Sainsburys local and the meadows leading to Grantchester meadows. Its also very close to addenbrookes and the rail station via the busway, I cycle to the rail station for work and it takes around 10 mins.

The room for rent is a double and comes fully furnished, has large windows, wardrobe, draws, bedside tables, small side table with chair, TV and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom shown is the main bathroom, but will mostly be for your use as I have an ensuite and will use this. There is also use of the kitchen/living room which has a fully stocked kitchen equipment.

I'm a 36 year old graphic designer, I'm pretty chilled person in general. I am the only other person living in the flat, so theres plenty of space. Looking for a similar aged professional/student.
