I am looking for a professional or a student to share my 4-bed detached home at Cambourne, Cambridge.

The double room has a good view of green and are fully furnished including wardrobe. The downstairs has a desk to support home working/study. A new refurbished bathroom shared with one other person only.

Location wise, it has easy access to Cambridge by public or private transport, it is ideal for a professional/students looking for comfortable personal space to relax in after work/study.

The house is in a very attractive part of Cambourne. The local services and amenities within walking distance are: Morrisons, home bargains, a pharmacy, a pub, a gym, restaurants , the library, tennis court and parks. With Cambourne Nature Reserve on the doorstep, this is a great place for living and enjoying nature.

We all share the well-equipped kitchen and utility room and you will have access to the dining room. There is plenty of storage. The house also has double driveway to park. The neighbourhood is lovely with a lot of green spaces. The house also has front, back and side garden. You are very welcome to have our garden if you enjoy planting.

The house is busy but quiet. I am a book-keeper. We are very friendly and sociable but also need some quiet for our work and study. We would like you are equally friendly, tidy, respectful, quiet, considerate, calm and very responsible and reliable. A keen gardener is welcome.
