Our quiet, professional household is looking for a third housemate. Available from 24 July 2026 for a minimum of six months.

Rent is 700GBP for a calendar month (including all bills, council tax and broadband Wi-Fi) - adjusted rates possible for first month.
Bright bedroom on 1st floor of rowhouse on quiet, residential street, with windows looking over the street. The room was recently repainted and refurbished with new laminate wooden flooring.
Fully-furnished with double bed, bedside table, bedding, hangers, desk, gamer chair. Wardrobe and bookshelf can be added on request.
Kitchen with all appliances (oven, stove, microwave, kettle) and cookware (pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils).
Bathroom: Hot water from gas boiler, not an electric heater, with constant, good pressure.
Covered bike shed in the back of the house.
Outdoor seating area in the back of the lot.
Only two other housemates, friendly and especially quiet household.
Bus: No.2 stop 5 minutes away.
Coop and pharmacy 5 minutes away.
Free parking on street.
We are looking for a clean, quiet and respectful housemate who is willing to treat the place as their home.
