Spacious sized double room in a newly refurbished house. Office chair and desk included so good for someone working from home. Room has a large wardrobe and storage space under the bed. The mattress is a brand new Orthopaedic reflex foam mattress so good for a comfortable night's sleep.

Newly refurbished bathroom would be shared with only one other person.

We have a washing machine, large fridge and a tumble dryer in the kitchen. Having a tumble dryer is super convenient as we can dry clothes quickly and easily without having to hang them on radiators anymore. We also have loads of plates and cutlery which we are more than happy to share with housemates.

House also has fibre broadband to the property giving 84Mbps download speeds. More than enough for streaming 4k or playing online games.
Bills are included with the rent and deposit not required as long as proof of job and references can be provided.

The house is in a very convenient location as it's only 5 mins from the science park, business park and the Cambridge regional college. It's also about 10 mins from the city centre by bike.

We also have lots of space for off road parking. We also have a bike rack where bikes can be locked and kept. We can do video viewings through Skype, Signal, Telegram or WhatsApp as well. I have a video tour of the house so let me know if you want to view and can send it over.

House has two guys living there currently. One Software Engineer and one guy working for the council.
