Beautiful double room available in Cambridge, just 10 minutes from city centre.
The house is modern, newly built, beautifully decorated and kept to a high standard. It is close to a bus stop, park and local shops. Peaceful quiet area and nice neighbours.
The house will often be empty, so you may have the place to yourself most of the time. I occasionally stay there, but I am usually based in London. I am a busy professional and doctor. I have a small dog. I am looking for a female professional or student tenant.
