A calm, clean and friendly family home in Northstowe (new development near Cambridge) offering a furnished single room with a dedicated private bathroom. The room is bright, well-kept and fully furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe storage, bedside table, chair and décor that feels warm and welcoming.

We like to keep our home nice and clean as you can see in the pictures. You will also have shared access to our spacious kitchen and dining area with space allocated for your groceries and fridge/freezer storage. Normal cooking is fine, we simply ask for tidiness after use. The house is modern, well-maintained and peaceful, with plenty of natural light and a large garden outlook.

We are a family with two young children, and we value a quiet and respectful home environment. This room would suit a female professional or postgraduate student who is independent, clean and away during the day for work or study.

No smoking, no pets, and no overnight guests, please.
