I am letting out two double-rooms in my only Victorian home and garden, fully furnished and equipped, with all bills (including council tax, band D).

I am a female, freelance, architect, born in Chile, who grew up in the UK from the age of three. I studied at Cambridge and UCL. I speak English, Spanish and French.

• Room 1, the rear, garden-facing is available from 1st September August at 17:00.

• Room 2 the front-facing room is available from 2nd August at 17:00. We can offer a weekly let via Airbnb for August only.
