I will be leaving my room at the end of April, so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The room will be available from May onwards, with the possibility to move in from mid-April. The minimum stay is 6 months.

The house is located in the CB4 area (Orchard Park) and is shared with a live-in landlord. It consists of two bedrooms (one occupied by the landlord), two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a garden, and a parking space.

The area is well connected: it is close to Cambridge North station and has several bus stops nearby. A Tesco is about a 9-minute walk away, while an Aldi can be reached in around 15 minutes by bus.

The rent is £700 per month, bills included, plus a £700 deposit for the first month.
