Furnished single room in a two-bedroom flat near Addenbrookes/Biomedical Campus/AstraZeneca, and a few minutes’ walk from the new Cambridge South Station

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one person only and have access to a lockable bike shed and a garage spot to park your car if needed.

The flat is in a nice quiet residential area with lots of green and open spaces around. There is a gym nearby.

The town centre is a 45 minute walk or a 15 minute cycle. If the new Cambridge South Station is not for you, the main station is a 30 minute walk or an 8 minute cycle.

I am a professional female with a busy schedule and looking for a lodger after a room while they are in Cambridge for work or study. I am respectful and easy going and I am looking for someone with a similar attitude.
