I have a large, sunny double bedroom to let on the top floor of my two-floor maisonette, just off Hobson Square. It's a quiet spot despite being well connected – the kind of place that's easy to come home to. The room has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom right next door.

Downstairs there's a good-sized living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. Bicycle storage is secure and indoors, and there's free parking if you need it – plus fibre broadband that actually works.

The location is genuinely convenient: Cambridge South station is a five-minute walk (opening June 2026, with direct trains to London), Addenbrooke's and AstraZeneca are about ten minutes on foot, and the city centre is a short cycle or a quick hop on the Park & Ride buses that stop nearby.

Rent is all-inclusive – bills, Wi-Fi, and Council Tax are all covered. I'm happy with a three-month minimum if you're here for the summer, or longer term if you're staying on.
