I have a single room available from 5 May..

The room is in a very friendly 5 bedroom houseshare on Catharine street near Mill road. Very convenient for central Cambridge, universities and train station and plenty of restaurants. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, and two side drawers.

The room is quite small (6.52 square meters to be precise) and won't suit everyone, so take a good look at the photos and check they would meet your needs.

The house has an eat-in kitchen, conservatory used as a sitting/TV room and a quiet garden, including space for your bike.

This is usually a gender mixed household (but currently all female) which is also very international, (tenants currently from UK, Spain, France, Mexico and India). Any nationality welcome, but important that you can communicate comfortably in English! The house is not a "party house" but quieter students/post grads welcome. This house is kept clean and tidy by the current tenants, so you must be someone willing to help keep it that way. A few of the tenants have a science/research background but this is not essential!

PLEASE NOTE: The rent INCLUDES council tax, but NOT other bills. Other bills are worked out between the tenants, but should be around £60 per month.

Minimum let 5 months but longer is better.
