Looking for a Postgraduate student to take over my Single En-suite room at Prankerd House from June 1st to September 20th 2026 (dates flexible). This would be an official tenancy takeover and the transfer will occur through management.
The cost is £307.65 a week and all bills + WiFi is included.
The room is located on the second floor and is spacious, well-maintained, fully furnished (bed, desk, 2 chairs, wardrobe, nightstand), and includes a private ensuite bathroom. There is a shared kitchen on the floor that is cleaned daily and has ample space for each student to store cooking tools and food (individual cupboard and drawer, 2 hobs, 2 sinks, 3 fridges, 2 freezers). There is also a laundry room located in the basement.
Prankerd House is in an ideal location for UCL students. It's only a 5 minute walk from main campus and all Bloomsbury campus departments are within walking distance. It's also located right next to Euston Square Station and is within walking distance (5 min) from several other Tube and Bus stations. There are a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores in the vicinity (Lidl, Sainsbury, etc.) as well. Further, it's also within walking distance (or a quick bus ride) to Regents Park, Oxford Street, Marleybone, Soho, and many other wonderful spots in London!
I will also provide lightly used amenities for free (if you want them) including a trash bin, storage bins, steamer, extension cord, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, cooking utensils, and rice cooker.
