THE FLAT:
The flat is in an ideal location, 5 mins walk from Kentish Town tube/railway station. There’s a generously sized living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a bath)! So you’ll only be sharing with one other person. We’re also a 15-minute walk from Kentish Town West overground. it’s super easy to get to central London, and takes no more than 5-10 minutes to walk to the high street, which has lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs. We’re about a 20-minute walk to Hampstead Heath on one end, or the same amount of time to Camden Town and the beautiful Regents Park on the other end.
The room is a double bedroom, top floor facing away from the road, and the bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelves and chest of drawers are all included. I have worked from home in this room in the past comfortably. There is also a large amount of shared storage across the flat which is communal.
THE FLATMATES:
You’ll be sharing with three female professionals in their late twenties/early thirties. One works in the arts with great exhibition hookups, one is a software engineer, and one works in a bakery, so a mixture of working from home and full time office. It’s a friendly flat where everyone’s up for a chat and watching some tv together but also has their own stuff going on and respects each other’s space. They also like to keep the flat clean and tidy and have a regular cleaning rota going. They’re looking for someone who wants a similar vibe!
RENT/BILLS/DEPOSIT:
The rent is £785 a month. Bills are extra (including council tax, energy, water and Wifi) but usually work out around £100 a month.
The deposit £637.40 and would need to be paid before you move in.
