About Us
We are a London-born couple with a 2 year old cocker spaniel who have had lodgers from across the world and UK staying for 4-12+ months. Guests tend to fit three categories: postgraduate students, working professionals moving from abroad looking to find their feet in a lovely London neighbourhood and doctors looking to move closer to the Royal Free. We are not a ‘party house’ and suit those looking for comfort, privacy and quiet.
The Room
Lovely and quiet double bedroom in beautifully modernised flat in Belsize Park. The room has a spacious closet, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, a Vi-Spring king size bed, Egyptian cotton linens and sole use of luxury bathroom (with bath and shower). The bedroom overlooks a secluded garden in the heart of Belsize Village so if you like to sleep with your window open you will love the peace and quiet!
The Flat
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with all the usual mod cons (washer, dryer, Wi-Fi) We also have a weekly cleaner.
The Location
The flat is right by the shops, cafes and restaurants of Belsize Village and down the road from Haverstock Hill which has more shops, bookstores, restaurants, and even an Everyman cinema. Belsize Park is a wonderful neighbourhood nestled in between Hampstead and Primrose Hill (two of London’s best parks and neighbourhoods)
Excellent transport links less than 10 minutes walk to Belsize Park tube (Northern Line) Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) and Finchley Road (Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines) providing direct lines to The West End, Mayfair, Westminster, The City and Canary Wharf. There are buses from outside the flat and if you prefer to walk, we are convenient for most central London areas, Regents Park and London Business School.
