I am sadly moving out of my flat after living there for one and a half years and I am looking for someone to replace me.

It is a bright and refurbished double bedroom, move in date is flexible. It is in Belsize Avenue, a 3-minute walk from the Belsize Park station and with a communal garden just in front of the building. The house has 3 bedrooms and it’s roughly 10 mins from central London. You’d be living with another two girls studying their MSc at UCL.

The flat is in a quiet area close to shops, it has 2 toilets, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of storage and the room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. Rent is £990 per person per month, internet is included, and it does not include bills (approx £50-70 pcm), but they will be split. Tenancy will run until September 23rd with possibility of extending.
