We are a group of 3 guys, and looking to fill a fourth bedroom.
A cat lives here too. Make sure you like cats :p

Preferably LGBTQ, but not essential. If it works for you, it works for us.

Preferably long-term (We will all sign a 12-month contract with the agency). I myself have lived here for almost 4 years, but some have left, and we want to continue the lease.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and respectful of common areas, a tidy person who understands that the space is shared with others.

We have no garden but a front patio.
2 toilets/showers.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

We have a lovely lady who cleans our house weekly. She spends around 3 hours cleaning all common areas.

We share bills (Energy, Council Tax, Internet (500mb), Water), including weekly cleaning costs, as well as common household cleaning products.
The above comes at around £150 each per month.

- Smoking is strictly outdoors.
