Hey girls!

Our flatmate is sadly moving out of our flat and we’ve had a dropout and urgently need to replace, so we are looking for a girl to replace her.

We are Lily (24) and Annabelle (23) and we are both fashion graduates now working in hospitality.

The flat is a ~6 min walk to Mornington Crescent underground and a ~8 min walk to Camden Road Station and Camden’s tube station. We’re also 20 mins from Regent’s Park and there’s an Aldi express (ideal), big Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express nearby. Lots of nice pubs nearby too!

The room rate is £1000 per month (with bills and council tax it’s £1112) per mont. The room is available from 21st August.

The flat is super cute and girly, and the room for rent is a spacious double. We have a shared living room which we love to hang out in and a great sized garden summer wine evenings. 2 bathrooms including downstairs . 🌟🌟

Both myself and the other flatmate are good friends, we both love a balance of pub nights, dinners out and chill nights in. We’re both busy, we’re usually at work (hospitality) all week and have separate/ combined social lives but love to get together in the evenings when we’re both at home. Looking for a girl in her mid to late twenties who is friendly, relaxed and clean to join us! 🩷
