Hi everyone, we are looking for someone to take over the largest room in our 4 bed house as our flatmate is sadly moving back to US! The room is available from May 18th or later.

THE HOUSE:

🏠 The house is a 4 bed split over 2 floors with a kitchen and living room.

📍The house is right next to the overground station and about 7 minute walk from the Camden underground station and also has dozen bus links within 5 min walk. There's a Sainsbury's 5 mins away and M&S, tesco and Aldi that's about a 10 minute walk down the road. On the other side there is also a 24/7 tesco express.

MONTHLY BILLS YOU’D PAY:
Rent (paid monthly): £1138.58 (includes water)
Wifi: £7.50
Renters insurance: £6.63
Electricity: about £35-90, depending on season
Council tax: about £50 ppm (Band C)

£1137.50 deposit
continuing lease until Sept 20, 2024

- All of us like socialising as a flat, but also respectful of each others space. We love watching shows and movie nights with pizza, going for dinner and sweet treats.

- Employer letter or bank balance showing 12 months rent or UK guarantor
- No pets

We take turns to clean different rooms weekly, so ideally we’re looking for someone who keeps the flat clean and tidy.
