Hi lovely people:) My room is available in our 3 bed flat (over two floors) in Kentish Town. Its available from the 5th of May and incoming tenant would preferable stay until the beginning of October with an opporunity to extend the tenancy.

Rent is £920 excluding bills. You’d be getting a furnished double bedroom on the second floor in the flat with a view on Hampstead Heath. Bedroom has a double bed, chair, desk, wardrobe and a bedside table.

The flat is located 5 min walk from Kentsih Town station and 8 min walk from Tuffnel Park.

Current flatemates, Caro and Iba are friendly, social, clean flatmates and who live quite comunnally with occasional dinner and film nights.
