Hi room available in a 3 bed flat in Kentish Town/ Camden! I’m sad to be leaving as have loved living here.

The room: furnished, double bed, with chest of draws, cupboard and space for a desk.

The flat: big bath and shower with great water pressure! Big kitchen/ living room with two sofas, TV and all appliances including dishwasher. It is a really light room and nice space.

The flatmates: you’d be living with two guys in their early 30’s. Both are sociable, but respect each others space. One has lived here for three years (with me) and one is a friend whose also moving in.

Rent will be between £820 pcm. Hallway and room to be re-painted next week! Bills generally £120 a month all in including WiFi.
Room available now, looking to sign new contract next week!

The area: 5 mins from Tesco express. 10 mins from Kentish Town tube. 10 mins from Camden road overground. Kentish Town is a great local area with lots of coffee and charity shops!
