Hello, I will be moving out early June and looking for someone to replace me. This beautiful, cozy room is located in a 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Hampstead Heath, approximately 4 minutes from Hampstead Heath and the Hampstead Heath station.

The apartment is shared with 2 other females, and comes with a shared bathroom, living room, spacious kitchen and patio.

The apartment is 4 minutes on foot to Marks and Spencer, Gail's, Daunt Books as well as a bunch of boutique cafes, restaurants hairdressers. There is also an Everyman Cinema within approx. 10 minutes walk. Hampstead Heath is approx. only 4 minutes on foot.

Bills are shared between the 3 flatmates and amount to roughly GBP 140 a month, per person. The monthly rent is GBP 720 for the room. The deposit is GBP 900.
