We are a group of 3 guys, and looking to fill a fourth bedroom.
We will all sign a 12-month contract.
I myself have lived here for almost 4 years, but people are leaving, and we want to continue the lease.

A cat lives here too. Make sure you like cats :p

We are looking for someone who is friendly and respectful of common areas, a tidy person who understands that the space is shared with others.

We have no garden but a front patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

We have a lovely lady that cleans our house weekly. She spends around 3 hours cleaning all common areas.

We share bills, including weekly cleaning costs, as well as common household cleaning products.
The above comes at around £150 each per month.
