Hi guys! I am looking for a UCL postgraduate student to take over my contract, from 19/6/2026 to 12/9/2026. The location is NW1.
The rent is £149.8 per week with bills included, very cheap in London.
You will get a single room with a bed, wardrobe, personal sink, desk, and many cupboards. Toilets and kitchen are shared with other flatmates who are nice and tidy. Cleaners come regularly every week to clean the toilet and kitchen for you.
There are a lot of supermarkets nearby (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S Foodhall, Aldi, Asian markets, Boots).
Transportation is very convenient, it is a 20-min bus ride from hall to UCL. 8min walk to Camden Road Station (Overground) and 10min walk to Camden Town Station (Northern line).
