We have a lovely room which is fully furnished with a single bed, big chest of draws, desk and built in wall wardrobe. The room is a very good size. The room is south facing which means plenty of natural light throughout the day.

We are looking for a tenant that is clean, tidy, respectful and just an all round nice person. This property belongs to myself and my sister, we have a spare room so we are looking to let it out.
