1 room to rent 2 min away from Swiss Cottage station. I am a 22 year old Spanish girl looking for someone to take over he tenancy over the summer. Rent is 1150£ bills included . Ideally move in date would be 14th of June but we can manage for it to be earlier. The flat is newly refurbished so there are no issues like in older buildings, the room is spacious and has a balcony as well.
The bathroom is shared with one other Flatmate.
The kitchen is really spacious and has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
