It’s a four-room flat located 5 minutes from Camden Town station but in a pretty calm street.

The flat has four rooms, two of which are available. The room of the ad is located in the second floor. It's a decent sized and spacious room. There is a double bed, a desk and space for storage. There is a lot of direct sunlight.

We have a big and renovated kitchen and spacious living room.
There’s one big bathroom upstairs with a bath, and one tiny toilet downstairs with just a loo.

Location:
5 minute walk from Camden Town station (underground and overground)
Bus stop right in front of the house to go to the city center, pimlico, hampstead… There is a Sainsbury's and Aldi very close, as well as a gym, right next to the station.

About current flatmates:
Ale - I’m a 23 year old Spanish girl who moved to London last September to qualify as a lawyer and work in the UK. I am currently preparing for the exams to become a solicitor and will be working in the near future.
I’m a quite calm person who enjoys having dinners home with a couple friends, movie nights and baking. I’m also an active person, who likes to go for runs and weight lifting in the gym, to keep me sane hahaha. Since I moved here I’ve been loving discovering new places around London, secret spots and cute cafes and going for walks.
I’m very organised and clean, and always keep everything tidy. I’m very focused on my studies but also keep some time to do fun activities on the weekends.

Rosie - Hey I’m Rosie, I’m (almost) 21 and am currently studying at The London Interdisciplinary School in east london. I love making things in the kitchen like Kombucha and sourdough, going to markets on the weekends and exploring London. I’m easygoing, enjoy having dinner parties and spending quality time together doing fun things.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a girl (or two if interested in the end room) in her early twenties (20-24), who is studying or started working recently. We want someone who is keen to do fun activities with us and just spend time in the flat as friends, chilling and talking.
We are both very clean so we’re looking for someone who will keep our home as tidy and organised as we have it.

We are looking for someone to take the room from the beginning of June and to stay the full year AND someone to occupy another room for the three months of summer, from June until the end of August.
