Hi, I’m Theo, a final year UCL student currently working an internship in finance, looking for a flatmate (ages 20 - 25 ideally).
The apartment is a lovely, modern, clean apartment with great facilities. It has a great location, and well connected with bus and tube lines. The bus stop is directly in-front of the building, and there’s a 24 hour Tesco express right beside the building which is so convenient for food shopping.
I’m a clean flatmate, easy to get along with, and keep myself busy - hoping to find another flatmate with similar qualities. I also value trustworthiness and consideration in a flatmate.
The apartment is already nicely furnished.
Utilities usually come out to about £60 a month each give or take but that varies.
