Hi. Looking for a lovely new female lodger to come and live with us in our large, characterful, three storey Victorian house in Kentish Town.
The house is on a quiet, tree lined road but is only 5 mins from KT tube with numerous buses from the end of the road. The area is really vibrant with loads of pubs, cafes, shops and is a short walk to Hampstead Heath for walking in nature, running and swimming. We are also less than 10 mins from Tufnell Park tube, KT West or Gospel Oak overground stations.
The room itself is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and shelves . (Anything else in the pic belongs to the current lodger). There are high ceilings, a large sash window overlooking the street and a wool fitted carpet. The room measures 14.3ft x 9.10ft (4.34m x 3m) plus alcoves.
There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower and a kitchen large enough for dining and socialising in, which is shared with the other two flatmates.
I have a very friendly dog and two cuddly hypo-allergenic cats so liking animals is a must as they will want to check out what you are up to now and then.
I am a musician/artist and spend a lot of time gardening or fixing things around the house. The others are a design and architecture teacher and a jewellery designer/technician. We're not a party house, so we're looking for someone with a mature outlook who wants a friendly, respectful and reasonably quiet home environment.
*All bills/utilities are included in the rent.*
Any questions - just message me.
